Not only was she patient, sympathetic and understanding -- she also went out of her way to get the backup invoice information for me from the doctor’s office, which helped me to understand exactly what I owed money for (and I know she had to jump through several hoops to do so!) She always promptly followed up with my phone calls; gave realistic and timely estimates for how long things might take; remembered the status of my account immediately when I called; and treated me with dignity and respect.
